Today let's talk about coaching - if you haven't worked with me as a client yet you might be wondering what hormone coaching is all about. I'm showing you the BTS of how I work with my clients so you can decide whether or not coaching is a good fit for you.

I'll walk you through the difference between coaching in Nourish Your Hormones and 1:1 coaching, how I look at each client picture holistically, and how I incorporate functional lab testing into personalizing each plan for my clients.

One of my favorite things as a coach is to not only see my clients succeed in improving their hormone symptoms, but to increase in their mental & physical capacity as a woman, wife, & mom so you can show up the way you really want to in your life.
