Progesterone is one of the most underappreciated, most incredible hormones for women, but it's so common for us to be making less progesterone than we need to, and stress can be a BIG piece of this puzzle.
As a busy woman myself, I don't expect life to be without stress, but there are things we can do to impact how our bodies feel stress, how they respond, and how they make and detox hormones, so we can be as optimal as possible even with a stressful life.
