Hey friend,

Today's episode is really personal, I'm sharing what my family has been going through for the past 2 years - it's taken me a while to be ready to share this story! We've gone through a journey I never expected with my youngest son, 2 houses, and God has been so good through all of it!

As I've been reflecting over our journey I've also been reflecting over how I can continue to show up and serve you well both here on the podcast and in my coaching programs, and I have some exciting updates coming in this episode and more info coming soon.

One of my big reflections in this episode is how staying nourished as a mom has been GAME CHANGING in being able to continue to feel good through consistent and long term stress, and how hormone balance has helped make everything better. (really!)
